Giorik enhances Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo’s kitchen equipment. The kitchens at his Novara “home”, as multiple-award-winning Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo likes to call the “Cannavacciuolo Café & Bistrot”, have recently seen the addition of one of Giorik’s technological products, the Hi-touch salamander. Since it was first established, the Campania Chef has set out to create a venue that welcomes customers before whisking them off on a dazzling gastronomic experience. Set against the nineteenth-century backdrop of the historical Teatro Coccia theatre in the heart of Novara, diners can explore new flavours and revel in the symphony of palate-tingling pleasures that combine innovation and tradition. Authenticity, commitment, experience and courage are all values which can be summed up in one form of expression: the culinary art which springs from the hands of Chef Antonino Cannavacciulo. From today, he can enjoy the support of Giorik’s quality equipment in turning out his astonishing creations.
