A traditional 19th Century farm, completely renovated in keeping with the rich heritage and archaeology of the area and transformed into a luxury hotel - Hotel Torralbenc. The stylish restaurant has been created in the historic space once used to store wine barrels during the grape harvest. The menu reflects the gastronomic roots of the island, a complex interweaving of Mediterranean flavours with those emanating from the Minorcan soil, traditional dishes revisited in a modern key, using top quality seasonal products from local suppliers.
