This raises the profile of Gulfood, now “the world’s biggest annual food and hospitality show”, also featuring a Salon Culinaire, taking place in Dubai from 8 to 12 February 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Giorik will be on show, together with our established Middle-Eastern partner Al Bayan Kitchen Equipment, at what is undoubtedly the main event for the HORECA industry in the Gulf region. In addition to the display of Kompatto and Steambox ovens and the Unika range of hobs, Giorik will be delighting visitors with a live-cooking show by chef Andrea De Dea.
