Giorik’s schedule of trade fair events for May is set to kick off in Hong Kong. Together with Pacific Foodservice Equipment Co. Ltd of HK, Giorik’s sales partner covering South East Asia, the Italian company will be taking part in HOFEX, one of the leading trade fairs in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. 50,000 visitors are expected in the 3-day event which brings together all the biggest players in global food&drink. This year will again see this major fair dedicating considerable space to large-scale catering equipment manufacturers. One of the three halls in the majestic Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre will in fact be entirely given over to companies that produce machinery for the catering industry.
