This year will see Giorik taking part at the sixteenth edition of SIHRE at Sofia’s INTER EXPO CENTER. The international fair for professional Hotel and restaurant equipment is being organised by IEC (the Sofia Inter Expo Center) in conjunction with Bulgaria’s national HO.Re.Ca association.
The event comprises 6 fields which together offer visitors a complete overview of the area’s FOOD & PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT COOKING sector: SIHRE, MEATMANIA (meat sector technologies), THE WORLD OF MILK (dairy sector equipment), BULPEK (bakery machines), the WINE FAIR, and INTERFOOD & DRINK.
The heart of the event is still SIHRE. The very nature of the international brands displaying products in the allocated premises will doubtless capture the greatest interest amongst the area’s professionals and buyers.
Giorik will be taking part in the exhibition along with its area importer, Robusta of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
