Giorik equipment has recently been installed by Pacific Foodservice Equipment Co.Ltd at the Blue Supreme restaurant/brewery, an authentic corner of the United States in Hong Kong. A KOMPATTO oven and a Hi-Touch Salamander by Giorik are now on hand for Leonard Cheung, the Californian-born chef who trained in some of the leading New York restaurants. His mission is to bring “MODERN AMERICAN BISTRONOMY” (the best American cuisine with a gourmet twist) to the über-modern Hong Kong. The restaurant offers a selection of meat dishes amongst other things, combined with vegetables and typical oriental seasonal spices. To achieve this delicious yet delicate balance of flavours, the chef needs only the most reliable and top-quality equipment, something that Giorik delivers in spadefuls.
