This is the philosophy behind the FOOD LOVER'S EATERY, a restaurant which is part of the South African FOOD LOVER'S MARKET (FLM) dining colossus. The FLM group currently numbers 128 restaurants, over 16,000 employees and notches up in excess of 2,000,000 meals every day. The food is served in quantity, of course, but what counts most of all is the quality and service. FLM restaurants are in fact renowned worldwide for their outstanding menus and welcoming premises, which recall the atmosphere of traditional markets but set in a modern context. The Steambox Evolution ovens, Giorik’s top-flight range, was rightfully deemed the perfect choice for meeting these requirements: preparing large volumes of dishes whilst always maintaining quality standards at the highest levels.
